Suicide, bullying, discrimination, and mental health are at an all time high and there are very few people who haven't been affected by mental and/or physical abuse by a peer, parent, or even friends. This blog is a way for kids, teens, and adults to share their stories about, depression, self harm, eating disorders, the pain of being laughed at, made fun of, or hurt physically and/or mentally. Here we are all just people. We do not pass judgement and we are here to listen and offer advice to those who seek it.
